Hotel Reservation Policies

Please note that all hotel reservations require a one-night, NON-REFUNDABLE room deposit. You must be registered for the event to reserve a room. If a room is reserved and the guest is not registered, the hotel reservation will be cancelled, and deposit will be forfeited.

THIS DEPOSIT DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR ROOM IF YOU DO NOT CHECK IN ON YOUR CONFIRMED ARRIVAL DATE.

Any reservations that are not checked into on the confirmed arrival date will not be reinstated and there will be an additional room night charged to the credit card on file.

To avoid an early departure fee, you must advise the hotel at time of check-in.

All room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes, which are currently at 14.75%, plus $2.00 per sleeping room, as well as a $1.50 special tax per night. This is subject to change without notice.

Cancellation of any room nights (not the entire reservation) without penalty requires notice 72 hours prior to arrival, otherwise additional room and tax penalties may apply and will be charged to the credit card on file.

Any changes to your hotel reservation may be done on this site up until 72 hours prior to arrival or by emailing info@sreconference.com. All change requests are subject to room availability.
